I have strong communication skills and the follow up skills bar none. In addition, I have obtained an incredible amount of knowledge and experience that I can utilize in helping assist Real Estate buyers and sellers on any level including providing financial education and solutions in achieving their real estate goals. My clients can rest assured that I will be working in their best interest and protect their investment goals.

As your Realtor, I will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying or selling I will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, I will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state of the art technology, team collaboration and superior marketing materials. If you are buying, I will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you, so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position. I understand buying and selling can be stressful. As your Realtor, I will work hard to lower your stress level and strive towards making your experience as pleasurable as possible.


I am a graduate from CSU Stanislaus with a BA degree in Criminal Justice, AA degrees in Real Estate, Certified Occupancy Specialist certificate and Notary Public. I have been employed as a Realtor and a Local Contract Specialist with HUD (Housing Urban Development). I acquired my Real Estate license and transitioned into the real estate field (2005- present). As a full time, Realtor and financial educator, I received an opportunity in New Homes Sales performing model home demonstrations highlighting various features that met the client’s needs. I continued to maintain my real estate license and acquired a position with CGI Technologies (2008-2014), a company that held a federally funded contract with HUD (Housing Urban Development). My duties entailed analyzing, interpretation and reporting on owner/agent compliance with HUD’s, policy, procedures and training to Section 8 multifamily properties owners, managers and staff.
